Memberships are for one (1) year, with automatic renewals?

A 60-day notice is required to cancel a membership.

Yes, all memberships require a COI at the time of lease.

The space is designed for the sole purpose of normal office operations and use.

A key fob will be issued upon execution of the lease, and the space can be accessed 24/7, 365 days a year.

Payment for rent or any invoices can be made by check or EFT and is due by the first of each month.

There is a lounge, a kitchen area (1st floor), meeting rooms, and restrooms (1st & 2nd floors) available during regular business hours. All can be accessed with your key fob.

There are no additional charges for utilities; this is a full-service rental space.

No, there are no on-site receptionists available.

Tenants with a designated office space will be allocated one (1) parking space. Visitor parking is available for additional guests.

Private offices are lockable. Designated desks are provided with a lockable filing cabinet.

FedEx, UPS Drop-Off, USPS Drop-Off, and a mail box are available in the main lobby.

There is a printer/copier available on the second floor. Instructions for use available on-site.

There is no fax machine on-site.

Yes, there is a WiFi network available and included with your rental space.

The meeting room is 450 sq. ft. and can accommodate up to fifteen (15) people.

The auditorium can hold up to 75 people.
